Architectural Design
Building codes require plans for permits in construction. A new home will require an Architect to ensure that the structural design of your new home is safe and accurate. Please be sure that you are educated on the difference between a Designer and an Architect as they are not the same and cannot complete the same results. A Designer is great for some remodeling projects and can work miracles in a person’s home but when completing blue prints for new construction, an architect is the best choice.
